NetSuite Developer and Administrator – Operations Focus NetSuite Developer (Operations / Supply Chain Focus) We are seeking a NetSuite Developer with strong experience in operations, supply chain, and order-to-cash / procure-to-pay processes to design and deliver scalable solutions within NetSuite. This role is focused on supporting and optimizing operational workflows across order management, inventory, manufacturing, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate can translate business needs into efficient system solutions and execute them using NetSuite’s extensibility tools. Key responsibilities Design and develop solutions supporting operational workflows in NetSuite Translate business requirements across order management, procurement, and inventory into scalable system solutions Customize NetSuite using SuiteScript (2.x), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder Support and optimize processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory management Configure and enhance item, inventory, and fulfillment processes Build integrations with external systems (WMS, 3PL, eCommerce, shipping platforms) Develop saved searches, dashboards, and operational reporting Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and IT stakeholders Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with NetSuite best practices Required qualifications 5–8+ years of NetSuite development experience Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce) Experience with SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder customizations Strong understanding of NetSuite operational modules including: Order Management Inventory Management Procurement / Purchasing Manufacturing (if applicable) Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, or iPaaS platforms) Ability to own and deliver solutions independently Strong communication skills with business stakeholders Preferred qualifications Experience with WMS, 3PL, or warehouse integrations Familiarity with demand planning, supply planning, or MRP Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing or Advanced Inventory Experience with middleware platforms (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.) Blackstone Talent Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blackstone Technology Group, a global IT services and software firm that implements technological solutions across commercial industry verticals and the US Federal Government.
