Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Network Engineer with a strong focus on IPv6 design and deployment to join our Global Network Architecture team. This individual will help lead our organizations first IPv6 proof of concept (PoC) and drive its integration into the production environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in IPv6, hands-on experience with Cisco platforms (NXOS, IOSXE, IOSXR), Arista, public cloud networking, and the ability to collaborate across engineering teams to ensure a smooth and successful rollout.

Requirements:


* 5-6 years' experience in network engineering with a strong background in routing/switching
* Proven experience in IPv6 design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
* Hands-on expertise with Cisco IOSXE/NX-OS/IOSXR and Arista EOS platforms.
* Strong understanding of routing protocols (MP-BGP, OSPFv3, VXLAN EVPN) and IPv6 transition technologies (dual-stack, tunneling, NAT64).
* Experience with public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including IPv6 services in cloud
* Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to lead projects and drive technical initiatives with minimal oversight.
* Preferred Experience in large-scale financial enterprise or service provider networks.
* Familiarity with network automation frameworks (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
* Knowledge of IPv6-related security considerations and best practices.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, Arista ACE, AWS/Azure/GCP Networking Specialty).
