Are you the person bartenders know by name? Do you thrive on building relationships, winning tap handles, and growing brands in bars and restaurants? If you know the on-premise beer business and love the thrill of closing deals, we want to talk to you.

We're looking for a motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven On-Premise Sales Representative to grow our portfolio of leading beer, craft, import, non-alcoholic, and beverage brands throughout our market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow sales within bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Build lasting relationships with owners, managers, beverage directors, and bartenders.
• Secure new draft placements, bottle/can distribution, drink features, and menu placements.
• Execute promotions, tap takeovers, tasting events, and brand activations.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
• Manage territory goals while increasing sales volume and market share.
• Collaborate with suppliers and marketing teams to execute impactful programs.
• Maintain strong merchandising standards and ensure product availability.

What We're Looking For

• Experience selling beer, wine, spirits, or beverages to the on-premise market preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management.
• Passion for the beverage industry and local hospitality scene.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
