Job Description: This role is responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing and executing our daily operational needs Partnering with the Leadership Team to support various operational functions such as Provider and Center Staff onboarding; scheduling; payroll processing; tracking and reporting of key financial elements; and driving other key operational tasks and projects. Supporting center operations for all Center Staff and Providers and is expected to perform and provide periodic coverage for Operations functions. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of administrative experience and Scheduling experience in a medical environment Preferred Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of administrative experience 5+ years of health care experience EMR experience Previous Provider Liaison or medical office/group experience Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k matching Employee assistance and wellness programs including a strong focus on promoting mental health Generous Paid time off
