What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments throughout the Eden Prairie and surrounding areas. 
• Build trust quickly and create an exceptional customer experience. 
• Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, basements, and concrete surfaces. 
• Identify concerns and explain solutions in clear, easy-to-understand language. 
• Design customized repair solutions using our proven systems. 
• Prepare proposals using company technology and guide homeowners through the decision-making process. 
• Represent DBS Residential Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

• Four weeks of paid training. 
• Transition to a 100% commission structure once training is complete and you feel confident. 
• Typical first-year earnings of $80,000 or more. 
• Top performers regularly earn $150,000+ with no cap on earnings.
