Refined Parking Solutions is hiring Parking Enforcement Officers to run the day-to-day at one of our managed locations in Winston-Salem. This isn't a "stand around and watch cars" job. You'll own the site: enforcement, cleanliness, customer interactions, and small fixes that keep things running smoothly. What You'll Earn
Starting pay is $15.00/hour for all positions, with paid training from day one. We have a referral bonus program, and top performers move up — several of our current supervisors started in this exact role. On-call part-timers: strong performance and reliability in this role is often the fastest path into a full-time opening when one becomes available.
What You'll Do
You'll monitor parking garages and lots to keep traffic flowing and rules enforced, issue citations accurately, and document what happens on your shift. You'll keep the facility clean and organized, install and maintain signage, handle basic maintenance tasks, and flag bigger issues before they become problems. You'll interact with customers, tenants, and hotel staff throughout the day — answering questions, solving problems, and representing the company professionally. When valet operations need backup, you'll step in (we'll train you). Most of the time, you'll work independently and be trusted to run the site.

A Note on the On-Call Part-Time Role
This position is specifically for people who can genuinely be flexible and responsive. Hours aren't guaranteed week to week — some weeks you may work several shifts, other weeks few or none. What we need is someone who can reliably answer the phone and show up when called, often on short notice for callouts or coverage gaps.

Requirements
You must be 18 or older, able to pass a background check, and have reliable transportation to Winston-Salem. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to drive a manual transmission are a plus but not required.
