What You’ll Do as a Pastry Baker
As a Pastry Baker at Jacqueline’s Bakery, you’ll play a key role in creating the delicious treats that keep our customers coming back. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of French pastries and breads from scratch, maintaining our high standards of quality and authenticity.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the kitchen.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet food safety and hygiene standards.
- Bringing creativity and passion to your craft, helping us continue to delight our customers with every bite.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated professional who shares our love for French baking. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience as a baker, preferably with a focus on pastries or artisan breads.
- A strong understanding of traditional French baking techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality products.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
