Location: Minnesota Position Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty‑one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child’s daily life. Responsibilities Providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs. Encouraging parents and caregivers to attend sessions and facilitate the transfer of skills into the home environment. Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams (PT, OT, SLP, ABA) to deliver comprehensive care. Maintaining professional autonomy and pursuing personal growth in line with your clinical passions. Position Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant within the state of Minnesota.
