Location Virginia Position Summary As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth through age 21, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child’s daily life. Responsibilities Provide world‑class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor peers, maintain clinical excellence, complete documentation using ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time, and manage reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
