Pediatrics - Urgent Care or Express Care
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $197000.00 - $220000.00

Children's Mercy Kansas City is expanding its Urgent & Express Care team and is seeking passionate, board certified/eligible General Pediatricians who want to make an immediate impact. These opportunities allow you to provide high-quality, family-centered care within a collaborative, innovative environment focused on efficiency and patient experience. The shift-based model offers predictable scheduling, minimal weekend coverage, and no call responsibilities—supporting a true work-life balance. As part of a rapidly growing division, you’ll enjoy long-term stability, professional growth, and access to more than 50 pediatric subspecialists. Opportunity:

• Flexible shift-based schedule: 3–3.5 shifts per week, 11-hour shifts
• Limited weekend and holiday coverage
• No call responsibilities with streamlined handoffs
• Competitive compensation aligned with AAAP benchmarks
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• CME allowance of $5,000 plus two weeks of dedicated CME time
• 30+ days of PTO, increasing with tenure
