Personal TrainerD1 Training Coaches are motivating and encouraging, corrective and informative, and exciting and life-giving. They must take control and organize groups within our classes and train for performance with athletes and personal training clients. Essential Competencies:Ability to work with members and clients of all ages and fitness backgroundsProactive in seeking out clients through self-promotionUtilize and carry out D1's 5-star training program with enthusiasmKnow, understand, and implement D1 Core Values at our facility and in daily lifeAble to lead small and large groups while maintaining a coaching style directly correlated to the D1 WayStrong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skillsCapable of sharing knowledge regarding health, fitness and nutritionAbility to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and managementAble to maintain an active and healthy lifestyleConstantly seek to gain more responsibility by being proactive and a contributor to D1Proactive in generating new ideas regarding D1: programming, marketing, member appreciation, community outreach program, etc.Required Qualifications:Nationally recognized & accredited certification: CSCS / NASM / ACE / ISSA / ACSM1 to 3 years of experience in strength and conditioning or sport settingPreferred:Background in Collegiate and/or Professional sportsBachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or equivalentMaster's Degree in Exercise Science or equivalentNSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)USAW Level One Sport Performance Coach Certification or comparable experience (NASM-CPT, PES/ACSM-CPT acceptable)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30-$60 per hour Schedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as neededSupplemental pay types:Bonus payCommission payWork Location: In person Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourD1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly.
