Position Overview:We are seeking an engaging, attentive, and approachable individual to help create a fun swim experience for our participants and their families. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall swim lesson experience, maintaining a safe and well-managed pool deck, supporting and mentoring swim instructors, and delivering high-quality customer service.
