ScaleWRX is hiring a Production Planner / Scheduler
ScaleWRX designs, manufactures, and installs data center containment solutions across the U.S.and were growing fast. Were looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Planner / Scheduler who can take ownership of our production schedule and help drive efficiency across the shop floor.
This is a high-impact role where youll be at the center of operationsbalancing priorities, solving problems in real time, and ensuring production stays on track.
What youll do:
Own and manage the production schedule (daily, weekly, and long-range)
Align production with project timelines, material availability, and labor capacity
Partner closely with operations, procurement, and project teams to keep work flowing
Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules proactively
Drive accountability and visibility across the production team
Continuously improve scheduling processes, systems, and workflows
What were looking for:
37+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or operations (manufacturing preferred)
Strong understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and lead times
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Confident communicator who can coordinate across teams and push projects forward
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working within ERP/MRP systems
Bonus if you have:
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or fabrication environments
Familiarity with tools like monday.com, MRPeasy, or similar ERP systems
Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing principles
