The Site Experience team is responsible for building and implementing strategies on the Chewy website to optimize customer experience—enabling effortless navigation, engaging content, and seamless product and services discovery. About the Role Chewy is seeking a Program Manager – Site Experience Analytics to join our fast-paced and collaborative team, based in Boston or Seattle. In this role, you’ll blend technical depth with strong strategic communication and program ownership skills. You will drive the evolution of Site Experience’s reporting and analytics roadmap, including our experimentation processes and governance. While operationalizing an experimentation framework will be a key pillar of this role, you will also apply stronger statistical rigor and performance measurement best practices across Site Experience reporting and performance measurement, ensuring the team has scalable, high-quality insights to inform business and product decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, proactively identifying opportunities and partnering across Site Experience, Product and Analytics to drive measurable improvements to Site Experience reporting and analytics resources. The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year.
