Providing strategic management of real estate transactions, the full-time Remote Transaction Manager - Healthcare will oversee new leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions, and dispositions for a defined portfolio, collaborating closely with local brokerage teams to ensure optimal deal outcomes. Key responsibilities Prepare and execute transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and manage lease renewals and site acquisitions Negotiate leases and sales, ensuring integration with internal and external service teams while tracking transaction activity Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered Real Estate License is required Experience in healthcare transactions is a plus but not mandatory In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math abilities for financial calculations
