Daily Responsibilities: Develop and implement specialized recreation therapy services for patients and youth Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams and coordinate services with primary clinicians Evaluate recreation therapy needs with a focus on daily living activities and positive coping strategies Required Skills: Treatment Planning Art Therapy Rehabilitation Therapeutic Recreation Music Therapy Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college with a major in therapeutic recreation or recreation with an emphasis in therapeutic recreation, including supervised field work approved by NCTRC or CBRPC.
