Responsible for the administration of all documentation (guides, FAQs, forms, etc.), ensuring it is relevant, current, and easily accessible.Identifies and evaluates appropriate external vendors, consultants, and partners, and manages relationships and deliverables.Collaborates with other corporate departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.QualificationsPostsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline.Working towards relevant designation preferred.5 years of progressive human resources experience preferred.Generalist HRPD experience an asset.Demonstrated understanding of principles, practices, procedures, and applicable legislation.Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with people and act with discretion when handling confidential information.Ability to work independently or in a team environment in a highly matrixed organization.Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas and content that influence a favorable outcome.Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.Results oriented and has proven project management experience.The estimated salary range for this role is $97,000-125,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
