* Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters, facilitating deeper screening
* Maintain ongoing communication with leads to keep their interest alive throughout the hiring process
* Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews, and hires generated from your leads
