What You'll Do

  • Install and retrofit residential HVAC systems
  • Work in existing homes, custom homes, and multifamily properties
  • Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans
  • Install equipment and ductwork to manufacturer specifications
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide quality solutions
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Deliver workmanship you can be proud of while providing excellent customer service
  • Continue learning and growing through ongoing training opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
  • EPA Certification (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Commitment to safety and professionalism

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, rooftops, and confined spaces
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to safely navigate uneven terrain and elevated work areas

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Overtime available

Work Location: On the road throughout our service area
