What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations including service, food quality, and guest satisfaction

• Respond quickly to guest concerns and drive resolution that builds loyalty

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant operations or assistant manager experience in casual dining
• Proven track record leading and developing restaurant team members
• Strong understanding of P&L, inventory management, and operational metrics
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
