Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in building the teams that power Talkin’ Tacos. This position supports our restaurant leaders by managing the early stages of the hiring process—connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping recruiting efforts organized, timely, and people-focused. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by helping others find the right opportunity. You are the bridge between great candidates and great restaurant teams, helping ensure every location is staffed with people who bring the Talkin’ Tacos vibe to life.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

RECRUITING & HIRING SUPPORT

Monitor and respond to incoming applications in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with General Managers and restaurant leadership Schedule interviews across multiple locations and help ensure a smooth candidate experience Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist restaurant with onsite support when needed and as instructed by the HR leadership team

TALENT SOURCING & OUTREACH

Research and identify employer career fairs, job events, and community hiring opportunities Coordinate participation in career fairs and assist with hiring event logistics Support local recruiting initiatives to build strong talent pipelines for restaurants

ORGANIZATION & ADMINISTRATION

Maintain accurate and organized recruiting records and candidate tracking Support onboarding preparation by ensuring new hire paperwork and information is complete Assist with job postings, updates, and administrative follow-ups Partner with restaurant leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Assist with additional HR tasks as needed
