Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with a range of services, from shipping to printing, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with every visit.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
Provide information on products and services to meet customer needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Resolve customer concerns courteously and effectively
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
Support store operations and other duties as needed
Qualifications
Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Computer application knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is recommended
Ability to meet requirements to become a Texas Notary
Reliable transportation to/from Houston, TX 77019
