Role Overview:
This dynamic role gives practitioners the opportunity to move beyond traditional evaluation work and make a meaningful impact every day. You’ll support students through social‑emotional development, behavioral and academic interventions, small‑group services, and MTSS initiatives. Success in this position requires confidence in high‑pressure behavioral situations and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students who bring a wide range of learning styles and experiences.
You will serve the juvenile correctional facilities in Pendleton, Logansport, and LaPorte, with occasional travel to each site. Candidates may live anywhere in Indiana and will report to one facility or to Central Office.
Salary:
The salary range for this position typically starts at $59,800.00 to $75,000.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our to view the total compensation package.
