Location: Greater Phoenix, Arizona Type: Full-time | Experienced | Hybrid (3 days in-office per week) Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client business entities, collaborating closely with both clients and internal teams. Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting their growth and the team’s success. Build strong relationships with senior client management and firm leadership. Oversee month-end close processes, including complex journal entries and reconciliations. Apply technical accounting expertise (especially US GAAP) to ensure compliance and accuracy. Lead process improvements, including new software and tools implementation. Manage consolidations within Microsoft Business Central for seamless reporting. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure audit readiness and compliance. Consistently meet deadlines and uphold firm standards. Qualifications At least 4 years of recent audit experience with a Big 4 or national firm, or equivalent corporate accounting experience. Strong IT skills and a passion for leveraging technology. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Deep knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is a plus.
