What you'll do: manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts, plan, prepare, and review tax returns, meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships, deliver a variety of non-attest services, oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm.
What you'll need: active CPA license is a plusbut not required, 2-4 years of audit or tax experience in public accounting, proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements, strong project management and supervisory experience, excellent analytical, research, and communication skills, confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients from all backgrounds, farm tax experience is a plusbut not required.
