The Senior Human Resources Generalistmanages the day-to-day operations of Arden Building Companies' Human Resources (HR) function and serves as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, supporting a broad range of HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, training, and employee development. This role manages complex HR matters, provides guidance to managers, and helps implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals and employee engagement.As the company's dedicated HR professional, this highly visible individual contributor role reports directly to the CEO collaborates closely with leaders throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels of the organization by being an effective listener, advocate, mediator, coach, and problem-solver for personnel matters while balancing business needs and corporate growth objectives.
This position is located in our Pawtucket, Rhode Island office, but will require inter-office travel to our Waterbury, Connecticut and Woburn, Massachusetts locations. Job Responsibilities:
