Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Our Growth Marketing team is looking to add a Sr. Online Marketing Manager who has expert level customer acquisition experience directly building and manipulating campaigns to inflection points of growth across SEM, ABM, App marketing and paid social advertising (e.g. LinkedIn, and Facebook). Do you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for outperforming, and an analytical mindset to help manage the day-to-day of investment allocation, development, and management of B2B campaigns? Are you a seasoned marketing strategist with a proven track record of driving substantial growth in SaaS and B2B DemandGen funnels? We're seeking an exceptional individual with 8+ years of relevant experience in SEM and video marketing to join our team. As our Senior Online Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in catalyzing step-function growth and optimizing our marketing portfolio for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth: Utilize your deep understanding of SEM and video marketing to catalyze substantial growth in SaaS and B2B DemandGen funnels, consistently exceeding performance benchmarks.

• Optimization Expertise: Employ hands-on experience to meticulously optimize campaigns, diving into deeper funnel metrics and running tests with statistical rigor to identify high-impact strategies.

• Data Analysis: Delight in extracting insights from platform data, conducting thorough analyses, and identifying trends to propose actionable opportunities at the campaign, ad group, and keyword levels.

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate natural flexibility and adaptability to accommodate evolving business growth needs, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain optimal performance.

• Collaborative Approach: Foster a collaborative environment, considering various viewpoints to ensure the adoption of the best strategies and tactics for driving growth.

• Communication: Proactively communicate opportunities, questions, and potential issues with stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Continuous Learning: Embrace a mindset of continuous learning, leveraging trade-off calculations and marginal return curves to make informed decisions and drive optimal outcomes.

• Technical Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in platforms such as Google Data Studios and attribution tools, leveraging them to enhance campaign performance and attribution insights.

We'd love to chat if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Systems, or related marketing experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in SEM, video marketing, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a bias towards rapid testing and iteration.
• Highly motivated and self-directed, with a demonstrated ability to achieve established goals.
• Excellent attention to detail in task execution and project management.
• A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. The estimated salary ranges noted below are remote based roles in the specific geographic zones

Zone 1 $114,400—$142,500 USD Zone 2 $103,000—$128,200 USD Zone 3 $97,200—$121,100 USD
