Job Overview: Pay Range: $28hr - $33hr Requirement/Must Have: Requires developing job knowledge and skills on AOI and Circuit soldering. High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4+ years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 1 to 2 years of prior related experience. Ability to follow quality, safety, and work instruction requirements. Ability to work in a production floor environment with appropriate PPE. Responsibilities: Operates and monitors Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment used in the assembly of circuit card assemblies and printed circuit boards. Loads feeders and verifies part numbers and setup. Supports solder paste printing, pick-and-place, and reflow processes. Inspects boards for workmanship or obvious defects. Maintains production flow by responding to machine alarms and replenishing materials. Documents production activity accurately. Assembles, aligns, and tests systems, components, and subassemblies following specified work instructions. Ensures finished product meets established operational and cosmetic requirements. Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations and escalates to supervision when necessary. Communicates with departmental contacts to provide or obtain information requiring explanation. Nice to Have: Production experience. Rework experience. Skills: SMT Equipment Operation.
