The Social Media Manager will independently lead the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires regular collaboration with other departments to align campaigns with broader company goals, manage content creation, engage audiences, and analyze performance to optimize platform effectiveness.

We are a fast growing technology company looking to expand our brand awareness, as well as growing our online presence. This will start as a part time position, open to sub contractor work as wel.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and relevant social media content.
• Develop and implement social media strategies focused on brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Engage and grow the audience through active community management.
• Monitor analytics to track campaign performance and platform optimization.
• Manage social media campaigns from concept through execution.
• Analyze social media trends to inform strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate regularly with other departments to ensure alignment and unified messaging.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Proficiency across major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and SEO fundamentals.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and creativity skills.
