Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive engagement, and increase audience growth across various platforms. The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in creating and curating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and voice. Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, monitoring, responding to user comments, and engaging with the online community. Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate. Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and generate regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure cohesive brand communication. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify opportunities for innovation. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing social media accounts across various platforms. Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and video editing skills.
