Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate. Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and generate regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support, to ensure cohesive brand communication. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to identify opportunities for innovation. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing social media accounts across various platforms. Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and proficiency in content creation, including graphic design and video editing skills.
