Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning and preparation.
  • Contribute ideas for nightly specials that enhance guest experience.
  • Oversee kitchen staff operations during peak hours.
  • Manage inventory and ensure kitchen supplies are stocked.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a full-service restaurant.
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a hospitality team.
  • Flexibility in schedule, with evening and weekend availability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Schedule

  • Kitchen staff typically comes in between 2 PM and 3 PM.
