The role requires a passion for wellness, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement spa strategies to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory, and maintenance. Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and special offers. Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and control expenses. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and effectively. Stay current with industry trends and innovations to keep the spa competitive and appealing. Qualifications Proven experience as a Spa Director or senior management role within the spa or wellness industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Certification or degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred.
