We are seeking a Spa Director for the new Thompson Dallas property in Texas. Responsibilities The Spa Director is responsible for short and long-term strategic planning of the Spa facility, including marketing, promotional, administrative, safety, associate and financial responsibilities. This includes developing marketing strategies, identifying new markets, collaborating with Public Relations on all spa promotions and media, monitoring competitor offers, and staying current with industry trends. Financial responsibilities encompass budgeting, analysis, capital improvement identification, and budget preparation. The Spa Director is also responsible for staff development and aligning operational strategies and service initiatives to meet the hotel's business objectives. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Strong business relationship skills.
