Required Qualifications & Experience 2 years of verified fabrication and welding experience in a commercial or industrial setting. Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, layout designs, and complex engineering specifications. Demonstrated capability to perform precise part layout functions with minimal administrative oversight. Strong internal motivation and an established history of consistent, dependable workplace attendance. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Completion of a formal welding or blueprint reading trade program or technical certification. Demonstrated experience adapting to new automated or robotic industrial machinery. Advanced knowledge of structural steel fabrication workflows and industrial safety procedures.
