Sysco is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead daily fleet operations within our Fleet Operations & Maintenance Management team. This role oversees driver dispatch, routing, equipment utilization and maintenance coordination to deliver safe, on-time service to our foodservice customers. You will enforce DOT and company safety standards, monitor KPIs, manage costs and support driver training and coaching. Partner with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues while promoting Sysco’s culture of safety, integrity, teamwork, and performance-driven growth.
