Using advanced knowledge of operative procedures, instrumentation, anatomy, and surgeon preferences, this role anticipates surgeon needs and helps ensure safe, efficient patient care throughout the surgical experience.
\nWorking closely with surgeons, nurses, and other perioperative team members, the Surgical Technician II supports patients during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases of care. This role also serves as a preceptor, helping to develop and support fellow team members.
