Position Summary: 

As a Casino Games Dealer, you'll be at the heart of our gaming floor, conducting table games such as blackjack, poker, roulette, and others. You'll create an engaging and exciting experience for our guests while ensuring game integrity and exceptional service. 

 

Essential Responsibilities:  

  • Conduct various casino table games according to New Hampshire Lottery regulations and house rules
  • Provide friendly, engaging customer service to players of all experience levels
  • Explain game rules and procedures clearly and patiently
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience
  • Ensure fair play and adherence to all gaming regulations and house policies
  • Monitor for and report any suspicious activities or potential rule violations
  • Maintain accuracy in all aspects of gameplay, including dealing, chip handling, and payout calculations
  • Manage your table efficiently, including game pace and player turnover
  • Collaborate effectively with other casino staff, including supervisors, security, and guest services
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on games, procedures, and customer service techniques

Position Qualifications: 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience dealing casino table games
  • Strong mathematical skills for quick, accurate payout calculations
  • Willingness to undergo training and pass a dealing audition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license from the New Hampshire Lottery

 

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
