Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in the Columbus, Ohio and surrounding markets . This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in the construction industry who can quickly learn our product lines and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Columbus, OH territory through in-person sales calls
• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and end users
• Provide consistent follow-up on active and upcoming projects
• Travel to customer sites to offer technical support and solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations
• Generate job quotes and proposals for customers
• Collaborate with internal team members and manufacturers on project execution

Qualifications

• Must reside in or near the Columbus, OH area
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven ability to manage time independently and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Construction industry experience and/or engineering background is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for frequent travel within the assigned territory
