Deliver Goods Safely While Supporting Our Mission.

Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Truck Driver - Class C to operate bobtail trucks transporting goods between retail stores and designated facilities. This role focuses on safety, service, and route efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections using Geotab.
  • Follow DMV and company safety regulations.
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload goods per route manifest.
  • Complete all required documentation and submit required photos.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver great service.
  • Operate trucks and related equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain valid CA Class C license and acceptable driving record.
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years of bobtail driving experience preferred; air brakes experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Must pass Big Joe Operator certification within 90 days.
