Take the lead on an ongoing endeavor with a team and source code that is already in place
Work on essential new challenges that will require the study of intangible data while conducting technical analysis and testing
Maintain a solid technical direction by keeping abreast of key technology and emerging market trends
Work on systems necessary for the current and future operations of the company
Be hands-on in implementing new features across multiple projects while also leading design specifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 8+ years of relevant experience as a back-end tech lead
4+ years of experience working with Springboot, Kafka, and Microservices
Extensive experience with API development, Spring Web Flux, and Spring Security
In-depth knowledge and experience with Azure or other Cloud ecosystems like AWS and GCP
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
Prior experience working in a leadership role
Fluent in spoken and written English communication
