Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a Workday Integrations Analyst (HCM) to support a large‑scale enterprise Workday program within a complex, highly integrated environment. This role will focus initially on integration ramp‑up and Day‑One hypercare , then transition into ongoing operational support and longer‑term integration enhancements and new development efforts.

This position offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle—from stabilization through optimization—while improving reliability, data quality, and end‑to‑end HCM processes. Work is remote , with limited travel as needed . Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders) and eligible for W2 employment only ; C2C arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and support the existing HCM integration landscape, including monitoring, schedules, reruns, and escalation processes
  • Review integration documentation, runbooks, and common error scenarios
  • Understand how integrations support worker lifecycle events and downstream systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues during go‑live and stabilization
  • Investigate errors, coordinate data corrections, perform reruns, and validate end‑to‑end data flow
  • Provide ongoing integration support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, reruns, and root‑cause analysis
  • Partner with HCM functional teams (Talent, Payroll, Time & Attendance) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
  • Support enhancements and contribute to the design, testing, and rollout of new integrations over time
Qualifications

Experience and proficiency with the following:

  • Workday Integrations (Foundation)
  • Cloud Connect for HCM (Foundation)
  • Cloud Connect for Workday Payroll (Foundation)
  • Time & Attendance integrations with third‑party systems (Foundation)
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end HCM data flows
  • Workday Extend Certification is a huge plus
  • W2 Hourly rate starts at $95. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications, and are subject to change at any time.
