**Job Title: Agricultural Office Assistant Bilingual (Spanish) with Crop Insurance Expertise**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agricultural Office Assistant who is bilingual in Spanish to join our dynamic team. This unique role is tailored for individuals who possess a blend of administrative skills and knowledge of crop insurance, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the agricultural office, including handling phone calls, managing schedules, and organizing files.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of crop insurance documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Serve as a liaison between Spanish-speaking clients and the office team, offering translation services and support as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of insurance policies, claims, and payments, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, farmers, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication and service delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to agricultural activities and insurance matters.
- Support the team in organizing meetings, training sessions, and community outreach programs.
- Contribute to a positive working environment and foster team collaboration.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in agriculture, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within the agriculture or insurance industry.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of crop insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
