Job description:

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The Ideal candidate must have 6 months or more of recruiting experience. Will be working in Asheboro, NC for 2 months and then moving to Burlington, NC. MUST BE BILINIGUAL

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume data bases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement
• Must be Bilingual
