CDL A Intermodal Driver with HAZ – $38 Per Hour
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Joliet, IL. This is a Long term Flex assignment with the potential to lead to long-term placement opportunities. We offer steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.CDL A Details
Schedule: Monday - Saturday 3am - 2pm
Pay: $38 Per Hour with Hazmat endorsement
Route Type: Local, Drop & Hook
Equipment: Intermodal
Handling: No touch freight, Drop & Hook
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
License: CDL A
Experience: 1+ years of recent CDL A INTERMODA L experience REQUIRED
Endorsements: Hazmat required
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no recent major violations or preventable DOT-reportable accidents)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes
Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
