The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and auditing job cards to ensure proper workflow, schedule adherence, and accurate reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and the ability to work with computerized tracking systems while supporting day-to-day operations in an MRO environment.

Minimum requirements and qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years' experience in a related field and/or work, or the demonstrated ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Major responsibility areas and duties include controlling and coordinating job cards, ensuring that employees are assigned and working proper pre-assigned jobs using a computerized wand system, using work packages, job control cards, labor-hour estimates, job descriptions, project categories, and charge numbers to meet established schedules, monitoring complete and incomplete job cards; making reports as required on status of schedule, noting data, number of hours charged to card, and number of established budget hours, performing general clerical duties, including setting up files, reproducing paperwork, and entering/collecting computerized data, auditing completed work cards and projects data to show effects of complete and/or incomplete work, updating project flow as required and directed by the supervisor, dependability (reliable transportation), ability to multitask, flexibility with task assignments from week to week, required to work weekends, and fluency in English.
Deliverables include controlling customers task cards during visit, changing the status as needed, continually auditing task cards to ensure tally matches the actual open cards, entering labor standard for non-routines and ensuring billable non-routines are signed by customer, updating visit flow chart as required, and auditing completed work cards prior to closing.
Additional duties include performing other duties as assigned by supervisors necessary for the normal day-to-day operation, not determined at time of hire.
Physical requirements and environmental conditions include the ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time, ability to withstand intermittent moderate noise levels, and ability to see close (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
