What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by warmly welcoming patients, preparing them for their visits, and thoughtfully addressing their questions about care.
• Support healthcare providers by assisting during procedures, documenting detailed visit notes, processing prescription orders, and ensuring that each appointment runs smoothly.
• Keep the clinic organized and functioning efficiently by managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and optimizing the flow of exam rooms.
• Be a dependable teammate by helping out wherever needed, staying organized, and contributing to a positive, collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications/Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program. We may consider applicants with extensive relevant experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions; we do not sponsor work visas.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Work is performed in a medical office, procedure/exam rooms, and laboratory environments, where exposure to communicable diseases, bloodborne pathogens, biohazards, or toxic substances may occur. Daily activities may involve standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs.
