Job Description

Our client, a global hedge fund, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support a senior executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the executives professional and personal calendar, liaising with family members as needed
• Coordinate private domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
• Liaise with household staff, vendors, and construction crews for the executive's properties
• Plan and execute events, both professional and personal, including dinners, gatherings, and special occasions
• Prepare and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and documents

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of EA or PA experience out of corporate environments
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Experience interfacing with high-level executives, clients, and external stakeholders in a professional manner
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Location: New York, NY (Midtown East)

Compensation: Base salary up to $160K + discretionary bonus (DOE)
