Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.Primary ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a high-energy hourly and professional recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You will have significant impact on the growth and success of Sub Zero Group, Inc. by finding top talent and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. Lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for hourly, technician, and professional level positions.Assess candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on-site interviews.Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements. Create or update job descriptions as needed.Build relationships with High schools, Technical Colleges & University Campuses Proactively source, screen and build a pipeline for all of technical positions using social media tools and job boards (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Career Builder, etc.).Identify new and creative avenues for recruiting. QualificationsEDUCATIONBachelors or better in Human Resources or related fieldEXPERIENCECertifications in recruitment, human resources, or recruitment marketingExperience with UKG or related HRIS/recruitment systemExperience building relationships with campus partners, student organizations and local programsExperience building talent pipelines and developing candidate poolsFamiliarity with employment laws & regulations applicable to hiring and recruitmentProficient with Microsoft Office suiteAbility to create and implement sourcing strategiesStrong sense of urgency.
