Your Role Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient function and independence Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention Document patient progress accurately and efficiently within the EMR system Collaborate with therapists and clinic team members to deliver exceptional patient care Maintain a positive and professional environment that supports patient satisfaction and outcomes Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current state license or eligibility to obtain state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering patient centered care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Why Join H2 Health?
