The position offers opportunities for co-authorship of manuscripts and conference presentations, participation in research talks, and auditing of courses. Purpose Manage subject recruitment, subject testing, data analysis and organization, and general lab management tasks. Responsibilities Subject recruitment, community outreach, screening. Subject Testing. General lab management. Data organization and analysis. Required Qualifications B.A./B.S. or equivalent in psychology, neuroscience, engineering, computer science, or a related field. Strong organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer skills. Experience working with human subjects, and an interest in human subjects’ research. Ability to engage with community members across various demographics during outreach events. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish Prior experience managing projects or people Some programming experience in Python, R Studio, and/or Matlab Experience collecting or analyzing EEG and/or MRI data Salary Range $40,000 - $43,000 Required Materials Resume/CV 3 work references with their contact information; at least one reference should be from a supervisor Letter of interest Employment Eligibility Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University-Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers.
